From Strategic Vision to Tangible Improvements

Launched on July 10, 2026, the project focused on five key areas: Production, Quality, Equipment, Logistics, and Environment. With direct guidance from Samsung experts and the proactive involvement of TCI’s team, 71 improvement initiatives were implemented, focusing on process standardization, productivity enhancement, quality improvement, and the optimization of equipment management, logistics, and the working environment.

In parallel, TCI has been implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in collaboration with Eastern Sun Vietnam, gradually digitalizing management processes, integrating data, and establishing a unified management platform to support the realization of its smart factory vision.

After three months of implementation, TCI achieved a smart factory maturity level of 2.3, successfully advancing from its initial level of 1.1. This achievement is reflected not only in the number of improvement initiatives completed but also in the positive transformation of management mindsets, working methods, and employees’ ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

A Shared Achievement Built on Collaboration and Determination

Behind these achievements lie the dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions of Samsung’s team of experts. Drawing on their practical experience and systematic training methods, the experts not only supported the implementation of improvement solutions but also transferred essential knowledge, skills, and continuous improvement practices to TCI employees.

More importantly, the project’s success demonstrates the strong determination, unity, and continuous efforts of TCI’s management and employees. From identifying problems and proposing improvement ideas to directly implementing initiatives on the factory floor, every individual and department contributed to the project’s overall success.

On this occasion, TCI would like to express its sincere gratitude to the Agency for Industry under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Samsung Vietnam for their invaluable support in providing Vietnamese enterprises, including TCI, with opportunities to adopt advanced management practices, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and progressively enhance their competitiveness in the global supply chain

Project Completion – Continuing the Journey of Innovation

The Closing Ceremony marked the successful completion of the project, but it does not signify the end of TCI’s continuous improvement journey. The knowledge, experience, and methodologies transferred throughout the project will continue to be applied, further developed, and expanded across the company.

With the strong commitment of its management and the proactive spirit of its employees, TCI is determined to sustain a culture of continuous improvement, strengthen its internal capabilities, and drive ongoing innovation, even without the direct support of external experts.

TCI continues to strengthen its internal capabilities, sustain continuous improvement, and advance its smart factory development

The 71 improvement initiatives and the advancement from Level 1.1 to Level 2.3 represent more than the successful completion of a single project. They provide a solid foundation for TCI to confidently continue its digital transformation journey toward building a modern, efficient, and sustainable smart factory.
