On July 10, 2026, TCI Industrial Joint Stock Company held the Kick-off Ceremony for its Smart Factory Development Project with the support of experts from Samsung Vietnam. This project marks an important milestone in the company’s digital transformation strategy, aiming to upgrade its smart factory maturity level from Level 1.1 to Level 2.3.
As part of the project, TCI will implement improvement initiatives across five key areas: Production, Quality, Equipment, Warehousing & Logistics, and Environment. Improvement projects will be continuously expanded based on actual production needs to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
At the same time, TCI is implementing an ERP system in collaboration with Eastern Sun Vietnam to digitalize management processes, standardize data, and strengthen connectivity among departments. The integration of the ERP platform with Samsung’s improvement methodologies will establish a solid foundation for TCI’s smart factory development roadmap.
Beyond providing consulting solutions, Samsung’s experts will directly train TCI’s team in problem analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and the development of an internal continuous improvement team. The project’s objective is to enable TCI to independently implement, sustain, and further develop improvement activities even after the support program concludes.
